Call an hour and a half ahead of time. They dont show up nor do they call to say they will be late. I call them and they say sorry none of our drivers are going where they were supposed to be going. So I would suggest using a ride share app. Atleast they would be professional and on time. I believe this is exactly why taxi services will go out of business. Very unreliable.
