I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent rental experience I had with Sixt, which fell far below my expectations and left a lasting negative impression. Initially, there was confusion regarding the requirement for additional drivers' physical licenses, with conflicting information provided by your staff. I was informed upon making payment with my debit card that such transactions are not accepted, which was surprising given that your system allowed the payment to proceed. The rental process was excessively time-consuming, taking 45 minutes, only to find the car was not properly cleaned upon collection. Despite explicitly notifying your team that I intended to pick up a BMW X7 the following day, I arrived to discover that no X7 had been reserved for me as requested. While I appreciate the assistance provided by Azzahr, unfortunately, other colleagues were not as helpful or accommodating. Subsequently, after being compelled to accept an Escalade as an alternative, we were dismayed to find this vehicle also in an unclean condition. Furthermore, I recently received an email alleging damages for which I am not responsible, as these were pre-existing prior to my rental period. I selected Sixt hoping for a reliable and enjoyable rental experience for my family's holiday, but regrettably, this was not the case. The overall experience has been deeply unsatisfactory and has significantly marred our holiday plans. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to improve your service for future customers.

David and John at SIXT car rental at DCA are amazing! John assisted me with upgrading the car I initially reserved. The exchange went very smoothly. John has awesome customer service and made me feel like a superstar customer! During my time with John, David went down to get my car ready as soon as I walked out of the counter. David also made me feel like a superstar customer! Excellent customer service provided by David. I will definitely rent again with SIXT car rental based on my interactions with David and John.
Just wanted to let you know that my experience with August was fantastic. Initially got a min van upgrade which I wasn't a fan of, but he swiftly sorted it out and upgraded to a Volkswagen SUV without any hesitation. Top-notch customer service! I'll definitely be renting from them again.
Rented luxury SUV here. Fast service and got brand new Chevrolet. Personal very responsible and helpful. Would recommend SIXT branch at Dulles
