Long overdue!! Had the most wonderful experience renting from this location. Great service and LOVED my rental. LAND ROVER handled so well- added to the experience of being back home in Dallas! Thanks guys ! Nurse approved !!

Rented a van from the Las Vegas location. Customer service was great at the check-in and return. Got a great rental rate, just wish the car interior had been cleaned better. Nuts and trash were all over the back of the trunk and on seats.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BILL . I was overcharged after telling the rental agent I didn’t want any insurance on my vehicle as my credit card covers it and was still charged insurance on the car. Very dishonest of them . I added one star because after calling the main office they refunded me because they saw that I never signed the insurance slip. Be careful they are shady here.

I had rented the car for the weekend. I went to Sixt (Dallas-Addison location) because of their luxury car selections. I reserved a BMW 3 Series. However, when I got there, they no longer had any 3 Series left. They offered to give me a Rav4 or Atlas. If I wanted a either of those two, I would have gone to Enterprise or Budget. I wanted a luxury car and that's what they needed to offer in return. The agent helping me said I could get 5 Series but it was an upgrade. Why should I have to pay for the upgrade when I had reserved a 3 Series. Not my fault they didn't reserve it. Plus, I went to Sixt for the luxury factor- Rav4 and Atlas are not similar to a BMW drive or luxury. After negotiating the upgrade rate, which I had to pay, I left with a 5 Series. However, when I got home, I noticed all the rims on the car were filthy! Like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Then, when I finally got out of my driveway, the brakes squeaked every time I used them! The sound was so loud it was embarrassing every time I had to break! Looked like the car hadn't been serviced in a while. During the trip, the Apple car play stopped working as well. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I have a picture of the filthy looking rims and a video of the noise the breaks were making as well. Hope they service and clean the car before passing it on to the next victim...sorry customer.

I LOVE this location and I’ve had nothing but a great experience both times I’ve came. First time, after a horrible experience with Fort Worth location. I came here and they were able to turn it around. They upgraded me and I was able to go on my trip. This particular time, customer service rep did my reservation and messed up. The location didn’t have my vehicle that was reserve. However, Derrick fixed it and upgraded me. He was definitely professional, great personality and took care of me in a timely manner. Not only that, but I made sure to get this location’s direct number. I believe this will weed out dealing with anyone else, but them. I travel a lot so they will continue to receive my business and I will recommend anyone to Derrick, as well as this location. If nothing else, give them a chance and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
