The customer service of the FEMALES employees of this place is TERRIBLE. They have no idea that they are creating a bad reputation for the restaurant just because they don't want to provide good customer service. The presentation of the food is also terrible. How is it possible that a $10 hot dog looks this bad? The sausage tasted like it was raw!!! The only employee who provides good customer service is the blond white guy.
Very overpriced food, but some of it still good. I got the chili cheese hot dog (was very good) for $8, the Caesar salad for $14 (was awful and very dry). A friend got the pizza and said it was alright. Just get a “starter” as the prices are lower and the food is enough to satisfy. Do NOT get the Caesar salad!
We had a long layover in DC and stop in.. Russel the bartender was AWESOME!! So efficient, the price very reasonable and food is yummy!! I Well definitely come again when I’m In the DC airport..
Russell was a delight. Very attentive and rocked a great setlist of times while I waited 3 hours for my flight. Thank you!
Russell is attentive and quick. He handles an ever changing, fast crowd at the airport.
