What a health food paradise! Located right here in Red Wing! I've been living here for years and finally stepped foot inside its doors to discover an oasis of health. The level of service and knowledge I was greeted with was far and above anything I could have expected. Question after question on herbs and essential oils met with detailed answers was next level customer service. The amount of essential oils and organic foods here will keep me coming back just to read labels. I absolutely love this place!

Absolutely they best shop I've been to in Red wing! Stop in and get a Fruit Smoothie and Off Road Bars! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received. Anna went above and beyond today to help me when I was looking for solutions for a severe diaper rash my little one has. I will go out of my way to come back and support this store when I am in town. I only ran in quick, but I also noticed they carried EWG certified Attitude products; I’ve never seen those in store before normally you have to order online. Definitely worth checking out.

My friend and I were having an adventure and decided to stop in for some snacks, and we were so glad we did!! They have an amazing wellness selection, a good bulk section, and some really great snacks & frozen items. The snack bars we found by the checkout turned out to be amazing!! If you’re in the area definitely stop by :)
