Been here since 2016. The Front Office staff are professional and Friendly. I haven't seen a roach since I've moved in. Great location, There's restaurants near by. Dotty's and points casino is right across the way. I live in the managers apartment and anytime I have a problem with anything inside the Unit, Maitnance is quick to respond and fix the problem. My stay here is enjoyable and I recommend it to anyone who want to stay here may it be short term or long term.
Straight up if anyone is reading, this place is an all out great place to stay. The only downside to this neighborhood is the constant jets flying over head since this neighborhood is located near the Air Force base. Other than that, if you need any help the staff is very quick in responding to your needs and all very respectful. If you see all those old reviews, I promise you they are all exaggerating ALOT.. The front desk lady is very respectful and super professional! She honestly goes above and beyond her limits to help you out as much as she possibly can. Ive been here for about 2 years or so and I've had no issues at all anywhere. In my opinion these higher ups really need to promote her or make her the employee of the month. Heck id say employee of the year at this point she's truly great!
I called get some info how it's work to rent person answer phone bad service she keeps saying what what is that how talk to someone what get place no manners rude
I am upset because the pool look like so many kids peed in it LOL why
