Firist time using this parking lot. My car was safe. Shuttles are on time, and the cashier and drivers are friendly and kind.
The gentleman who checked us out upon exit (Nov. 28, 1:10am) was so great! When we told him we travel often he gave us the advice to check online for coupons—very helpful! That’s the kind of customer service that will make us want to come back. We’ve been trying several other options (Wally Park, Park & Jet, etc.) and so far this experience is making Shuttle Park 2 our #1!
Parked here multiple times, good rates and shuttle is quite fast(10-20 min total)
Extremely rude staff, I did a courtesy call and the operator shouted at me for no reason saying not to call and find a driver. Never parking again.
