Awful service. Requested some kind of assistance because I had an emergency surgery at my destination and was told I could not be helped. Unbelievable that they couldn't compromise a few days of fees for a literal life or death situation, it seems like there are few responsibilities a parking company actually has, maybe having some options for customers who are physically unable to reach their vehicles would be a good idea. Incompetence and disregard for customers reaches new heights.
Great facility with secure parking for my vehicle when I travel. Reasonable rates.
