When the sign says, "Please wait to be seated" and you stand there for 10 minutes with none of the staff acknowledging that you are even there waiting, that puts a really poor impression of the service to expect. A simple, 'we'll be right with you' would have been appreciated. There were 3 of us, but apparently they we too busy to care. I will now walk to the other end of the terminal to avoid dealing with them again.

Typical expensive airport pub. Staff were friendly but not exactly quick or attentive with patrons. Nothing to get excited about. TL Palm Bay, FL

I get it’s an airport restaurant so naturally it’s going to be awful but this place takes the cake. Especially in awful management, bartending and service.

We are there yesterday. Our waitress was, idk what she was, but she was mentally NOT PRESENT. We ordered 4 drinks. She brings 2. I ask for the other 2. She brings them to a different table. I ask again for the drinks and she brings them To the exact same table behind us again. Then we ordered food. She brings double of the order and says “oh yeah that’s an excessive order for a small Group like you (5 adults 1 toddler)- yeah I did not order 10 baskets of chicken tenders and fries. Then she comes with the check even though we didn’t ask for the check yet. I asked for the supervisor and told her how AWFUL THE SERVICE WAS and she said the extra food we got we don’t have to pay- well I would’ve not payed for it at all. The supervisor didn’t seem surprised though. When I looked at the check she had charged us for 1 menu and 3 drinks. The rest was on the table behind us check. So they complained about their check and what they had not ordered. I didn’t say a thing and payed my check cash - for this awful service I didn’t even give a tip and we usually tip good bc we all know they work for their tips. But that service was the worse I ever experienced. The table next to us ordered a water and a Diet Coke. She brought 2 regular cokes. 1 star only bc I had to

I rarely leave reviews, but this place is truly special. Literally the worst service, food, and disheveled experience I've had at any service establishment - anywhere.
