Typical forgettable airport "pub" food yet best off the mediocrity offered at Portland ME airport. While inside the Portland ME airport terminal we had a choice between this place, Burger King and lobster. We've had plenty of lobster and not into Burger King so this was our choice. Ordered the quesadilla and chicken tenders. Chicken tenders were very good. French fries could have been a little more crispy. Quesadilla was too mushy. Needed to be crisped up a little bit longer. When you're at the airport and in a captive food audience scenario, this is not a bad place to go. Note: Managed by airport HMS Food Services. They have a standing 15% discount for all military so if you are military don't forget to use it!

I dined in this restaurant on 3/24/2024 right before my flight. Took 15 minutes to get a water and another 20-30 minutes to receive the food. I didn’t tip for that exact reason alone. When I received the receipt I marked out the tip line and wrote my total amount. I just received a notification from my bank that this payment was updated and reflected a tip and I clearly didn’t authorize it. This restaurant has no number to call or communicate this through so I decided to leave a review. Very sketch and wouldn’t advise anyone to use their debit/credit card at this location. Plenty of other options in this airport.

Great place. We were worried it was too big to be personable. The bar tender and the guy that cooked our food were both super friendly.

Our bartender was definitely drunk. Could not remember our beer orders. We ordered food and 20 minutes later she came back and couldn’t remember what we ordered. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was an exceptionally poor experience. Surprised she has a job there

Decent fries. The problem was it took an hour and a half to get them.... We sat down when the place was nearly empty, ordered, then the place got busy and our initial server completely ignored us. We got our order only after almost everyone that came in after had left asking for it twice. We were really chill about it since we weren't in a huge rush, but it is frustrating that they didn't apologize or own up to it. Not cool.
