Kudos to the new management at Sherwin-Williams paint store in Kenmore. Brian gave me the best customer service and honest advice I’ve had in decades. So great to work with an employee who wants to provide great service, creating loyal customers. You can tell Brian loves his job. Small store but makes up in quality = value.

A customer will remember a poor experience longer than a good one. The store was attended by a single individual who began well by helping us understand VOC options and ultimately suggested a contractor-grade paint. Each question thereafter however was visibly irritating them to the point where they left and returned stating "I don't feel well and you keep asking the same questions. I'm going to the back of the store" Was he genuinely sick? Ultimately I hope he is well. A store policy to help sick employees would have spared us both. It was startling enough that we won't return this location again. The suggestion was confusing as well. Why a contractor-grade paint for single room? We never found out!

Life Saver! When working on a home that had so many colars in every room Sherwin-Williams had all the colars on file and printed them out for me to match up the the paint perfectly.

We needed a couple quarts of trial colors. Since we couldn't go inside the SW store, we actually went to Lowes where they have the whole display of SW color cards. We found a strip of colors we liked, went home and called our Kenmore SW store to order two trial quarts. A mere 15 minutes later I was in their parking lot, called inside to say I had arrived, and out he came with our paint which he put in the trunk. It was very virus-safe, no actual contact, and simple as that! Great service!!! Great paint!!!
