Had to pick up a gallon of Gallery Series here that was called in from another Sherwin Williams store as this product is great but new to the market and in limited supply. Walk in store to pick up and employee was uninformed so told him that I needed a gallon of Gallery Series satin tinted to White Dove a Benjamin Moore color-he told me they could not tint to Ben Moore color that I had to pick a Sherwin color close to that-confused I called the store that called in gallon to make sure I was at the same store they called in order-unfortunately I was at the correct store-finally the other employee surfaces and I asked him if he knew about a gallon called in from another store for me-his response was “is this something you are wanting to test drive and get 50% off” I responded “no just here to pick up” overwhelmed that I had just been accused of trying to get a “special deal” had to walk out-employee came to my truck and assured me I could finally get my gallon I was there for in the first place As far as the said product above-I have already test drove and have a awesome sales rep from Sherwin Williams that has me set up on pricing for products I use frequently like Emerald Urethane-Emerald latex and all my other go to products. Been going to Sherwin Williams for 27 years and was by far worst experience I have had and will never go to that particular store again-I pay my account on time every month and never expect to “test drive or get 50% off” if I’m interested in something new or different I contact my sales representative

This is an amazing store with a great location and the clerk was BEYOND helpful and so knowledgeable about paint. If you need 5 gallons go see them!!! TIP: if you're looking at the paint sample wall flip over the sections to reveal the most popular colors!!!

I had a difficult problem. Wrong label on the paint can and, the wrong paint in the can and finally having to match the paint color from a piece of wall. The two employees who helped me were patient, professional and kind. They promised me they would keep working on it until we got it right. The kept trying (3 trips in) until we got it right. SW, you have some fantastic employees!

Took advantage of my 79 yo Mom! Sold her the wrong paint color last night (based on history in their system) When the mistake was discovered this morning and paint returned they not only would not work with my husband on any type of credit they tried to charge us MORE for the correct color. BUYERS BE WARE!! Lowes for Valspar from this point forward!!

I walked in to the SW on Hwy 14 in Greer, with a mild crisis. We had used the wrong shade of touch up paint, and touched up our entire house before we realized it. The Sales Associate who helped me could not have been a nicer guy. He worked on matching the paint to the sample I brought in, until he blended it perfectly. He was fun to talk to, very knowledgable, and really good at his job. It's rare these days to walk into a business and have that pleasant of an experience. He did a great job, and saved us by matching our paint correctly - when other stores had not been able to. I dont see any need to shop anywhere else from now on!
