The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Offer to take things to your car. Don't treat you like an idiot when you don't know what's going on. The only thing I would say is that you should be mindful of up-sales. They recommended a paint that was too top of the line for what I needed. I had no idea, and now I've paid about $400 more than I needed to. Make sure you don't let them oversell you. EDIT: I changed this to a five star rating. After seeing my review, they called and offered to give me money back since there was a sale coming up. This is what customer service looks like.
They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted to stain my front porch and wasn’t sure where to start. They helped me pick out the kind and color of stain and reminded me about brushes, trays, etc.. Definitely would not have known what to buy without them!
