I have been using their carwash for many years with no problems, up until it damaged my car back in October 2022, Please for your sake and the sake of your car do NOT use their carwash. The people that run this gas station and car wash do not care about safety, the environment, or the quality of the wash. The owners that operate it only care about the quickest, easiest, and cheapest way to “resolve” maintenance issues, also they shy way from doing any routine maintenance or any real inspection. The people that run it have no idea what they are doing and that run it have no idea what they are doing and are hardly qualified to be running a Burger King. I have called them out many times and showed them several maintenance and safety issues with the wash and they completely dismissed me and obviously didn’t care one bit. Plus I really don’t agree with their standards and I made them very aware of this so they didn't like me for it. So that does kinda negatively impact my view on the place. But besides that it's not safe I could go on for days about all the neglected issues that are not resolved due to incompetence and laziness.
The lady that works here has no communication skills whatsoever. Disrespectful manner in the way she communicates with the customers about the instructions surrounding the gas station. Proceeded to make a scene inside and outside of the store regarding the way the car was parked. Everybody outside was really careful, and decided to not provide service until the car was moved in a very rude attitude and manner. We had to go. Never coming back again to purchase anything inside.
I am not 100% sure but I believe the younger gal running the register was smoking clear before her shift. And hitting on patrons while assisting another customer is just tacky, find a date after your shift is off. Other then that the burnette gal was a total sweetheart and provided the best assistance I've had in a long time.
Dont buy the $4 car wash. I've never had a car wash that doesnt dry your car. No soap just water, it took what felt like a minute. They got me. Not satisfied, I've been bamboozled. $4 is the cheapest car wash I've encountered in Seattle so it's a pretty attractive price only until you realize the Wash Only sign literally means WASH ONLY. Other than that the place was cool. Good service. Nice people from that short transaction. Ofcourse I went back in to ask about the car wash not drying my car and the lady chuckled and informed it was wash only as stated. I could tell she's received this reaction before. I personally don't think that's good business. I'm not upset about the price I would have paid more but unless I'm mistaken drive thru car washes dry your car as part of the wash, am I wrong to assume this. I guess we'll never find out. Its unfortunate but if the owner is reading this please at least update the sign to No Drying Included so customers dont waist their time or feel like they've been mislead as I most certainly felt. When the water drys on a wet car your back to square one. Thank you for your service.
The Ryko Voyager car wash was absolutely horrible! It not only damaged my friend's car but decided to malfunction! Please call a Ryko guy to get this machine fixed ASAP.
