Never go for Car Wash, they only bother to Bill & never bother to do service. When tried to ask about No Attendant to clean the car, the lady in the billing was so rude. She doesn’t even understand English. Highly disappointed & please don’t bother to talk to them, no one will listen.

State inspector there always have an attitude. Not customer friendly. Decent inspection work. High estimate if you want your car get fixed or repaired there. Not worth the dollars if can avoid
20240510 Not sure why the negative reviews. I haven't been to this gas station for years, and if an employee is reserved, I always get them to open up with a friendly smile and hello, and small chit chat. People sometimes might appeared as what Americans would considered as "rude" but it can be a culture thing that they are just more reserved, or they might be going through something difficult. Regardless, I have found a friendly smile and hello can go a long way for probably over 90% of the people I have crossed path with. 20240215 My go-to place for State Inspection and Emissions, if I don't go to my dealership. The Asian inspector has been there awhile. He is nice and works fast. It takes about 15 min for inspection. When facing the store front, drive around to the left of the building. The line to the inspection is between the carwash and the side of the building. State inspection is $20. The waiting area is inside the store. There are 2 large size chairs, and the lady working the register is nice, too. The ladies restroom is pretty clean unlike most gas stations bathroom.
This was not always the case at this location, but since Josh has been the service manager, the service has overall been excellent in terms of auto-mechanic know-how and workmanship and, most importantly, fairness (e.g. not suggesting extraneous or unnecessary repairs). The staff there are victims of their own success because since demand is high for their services they are not always able to turn around the car pretty quickly but the value is really there in what they do. P.S. Besides Josh, I have found his techs to be very nice and helpful as well.
