The cheapest shell gas around. The convenience store is clean and has a good variety. Clean bathrooms. Three stars because the two times I asked for help from an associate she was rude. The guys who work there are very kind.
When to gas station on Thursday didn't work the machine when I use my credit card to put gas on gar. I have to go inside to pay. I asked 30 dollor gas. They charge me 32 dollor for the gas. Why do they charge 2 dollor extra for. This is a Rip-off Rip-off.
I visit this gas station regularly. They maintain it very clean. No complaints from my side except the pump number 9 which isn't working good. It's not accepting the credit cards. I tried couple of times and then moved to the other pump.
On 1/23/24 this station's defective equipment and its employees wasted my time. The clerk crumpled up my receipt and threw it in his trash bin. Don't use pump #9 or 10. Both pumps would Not adjust the price using Shell Fuel Rewards ALT/ID. There are problems with the pump's credit card devices. The pump's LCD screens prompted me to remove my card, but it was still locked/clamped down inside the machine and would not release. I waited a few minutes, and the machine would still not unlock/release my card. I had to jiggle the card back and forth multiple times for the machine to finally release it. The screen prompt went back to the very beginning as if I were a new customer. I tried again at pumps 9 and 10 to no avail. I explained the situation to both the Shell/7-11 gas station clerk and manager who were now involved in this transaction. At the counter, I entered my ALT/ID for Shell fuel rewards and inserted my credit card. The clerk showed me the receipt he held in his hand. I confirmed the amount was correct and that my rewards had reduced the fuel price. He shook his head no and said it wasn't right. To my dismay, the clerk crumpled up my receipt and tossed it in his trash bin located behind/under his register and countertop. This >30-minute unforeseen delay made me late for my doctor's appointment. The next day I called Shell Station store # 39134 on 1/24/2024. I explained in detail what happened. He would not resolve the issue. He asked me to return to the station. This was not practical as it's over a 2-hour round trip. He directed me to contact Shell Corporate. Shell Corporate created a case # and explained that this station is independently owned. On 1/25/2024, I spoke to the franchise owner L****. She confirmed what her clerk did was wrong. I provided her with the date and time of service. She was unable to access my transaction and unable to reprint gas receipts 3-4 hours after the original transaction. L**** called me back and directed me to contact P**** with the station's operator Holtzman Oil Corp. I left her a voicemail message. She returned my call and worked on some of my concerns. Finally, on 1/29/2024 P**** emailed me a copy of my receipt. This station's employees failed to recognize how much of my time they wasted and the hassle the circumstances they created caused me. They don't value their customer's time. Another customer review noted "Pump number 9 isn't working well. It's not accepting credit cards." Granted, that was 2 years ago. Possibly pumps 9 and 10 have ongoing issues, receive higher traffic, and thus may require more frequent testing and servicing. I hope this helps others avoid what I experienced.
This is the best shell/7-11 I have been in. Tim and Rozi have great customer service
