This shell location has a numerous amount of fuel pumps so on a regular day no need to wait for a pump to become available. A car wash is present at this location, which I haven’t utilized. The store portion of this location doesn’t have a sign or logo on it. The receipt gives an address of 1881 Aviation Blvd, but on Google Maps it comes up as 1001 Aviation Blvd. I apologize, I was mistaken the 8’s on the receipt are 0’s. Ideal location close to the car rental locations and fairly close to the airport.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!! We just topped off our car rental with $9 and these scumbags put a $200 EXTRA CHARGE ON OUR ACCT🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Even if it is pending, what gas station puts a $200 "hold" on your acct for $9 worth of gas??? Now we get to stalk our acct to see what happens. Avoid the frustration & boycott these jerks altogether. NEVER!

There is a guy who has been working there by the band of Tedlar Kea who has an expired Visa and he is using a us citizen social security number who don't belong to him. Someone needs to report him.

Deceptive practices for gas station by the airport. When I put my card in, all gas options show available, but once card is already authorized and removed from pump, only more expensive gas is available. Station needs to be reported for these practices.

I usually don’t review but they really made me to do it so here is the reason: 1. Pricing Discrepancy: I noticed a significant price difference compared to other gas stations and convenience stores in the area. The snacks and drinks at Shell were noticeably more expensive, which made it difficult to justify purchasing them. 2. Lack of Value: Not only were the prices higher, but the value for money was also lacking. The portion sizes of the snacks were smaller compared to other places, and the drink options were limited. It felt like I was paying more for less. 3. Inconsistent Pricing: Another issue I encountered was the inconsistency in pricing. The same snack or drink item would have different prices at different Shell locations. This lack of uniformity was frustrating and made it difficult to anticipate the cost. 4. Customer Service: Additionally, the customer service experience was subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I inquired about the pricing. It would have been beneficial if they were more transparent and willing to address my concerns. Conclusion: Overall, my experience with Shell's pricing for snacks and drinks was disappointing. The higher prices, lack of value, inconsistent pricing, and unsatisfactory customer service left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope this review helps Shell improve their pricing strategy and provide a better experience for their customers.
