The guy that is working at the cashier is on the phone and ignoring me when I asking for the use of restroom and is saying that is out order when he has a mini restaurant inside. He's very rude!!! I definitely not encourage people to come to this gas station. Very bad service.

Was verbally offended by the gentleman working at this location , on 3/1/24 Was going to use the restroom , when he came out to open the door he also said we should all be deported talking about Latin illegal people . I feel totally mentally affected by this gentleman, hoping that the cameras got this conversation, I've been using shell for long time no more thanks to him , this happened on 3/1/24 at 10 am

Stopped by around 9-915 tonight to pick up bread, jam and peanut butter. The attendant had the door locked and when we asked him for those 3 items, he said he didn't have any them. They definitely did had bread as it was sitting on the shelf. They don't want your money. Move on and don't waste time as they don't care about sales.

Mutual respect is NOT a value that an employee of this convenience store/gas station utilizes. I wonder if the owner (maybe it’s him) knows how poorly he treats customers. I walked in the store and I wished him a good morning. He provided a dirty look and nothing else. As I look for what to select to drink located toward the back or the store he just glared at me, never taking his eyes off me as I was dumping store goods down my pants. I selected a Pepsi and came to the register to pay. He grumbled the total and I presented my debit card. His response - pointing to a very small handwritten note carelessly taped to the register that reads, “Minimum $5 purchase to use debit or credit”. As he pointed to the sign, he merely whistled with a melody of “Hello! Can’t you see?” No words - nothing. I am not bothered by the minimum purchase - I am fine following that policy. It’s his bad attitude and lack of respect that he would not reciprocate. I just thanked him and said I puked make a Pepsi purchase elsewhere. We all have choices when deciding what and where to buy our goods. No customer had the right to treat any employee with disrespectful or disregard just because they are a paying customer. Customers also deserve a minimum level of respect as well. If I don’t get it, I kindly thank them, leave respectfully and make the choice to never purchase from that location again.

Marco's the employee is absolutely the worst!! He threw a 5hr energy drink at me as I was walking out the door all because his ego got to him. I had called the cops to come down but my family was trying to enjoy Disneyland so we let it go I live in OC I want the manager/Supervisor to reach out to me immediately!Please check the cameras from 6/27/19 you'll see Marco throw me a energy drink. it also seemed like his coworker was disappointed at him this place is a joke management better do something about this looking forward to hearing from you guys!
