Credit Card reader did not work at pump. Went inside where I was told to submit the card for an amount that "I thought the car would take" - and was assured that if the car needed less than the amount than I ran the card through inside, they would only charge the lesser amount. Almost 2 days later and the only charge that I see online for my credit card is the larger amount that I ran through inside the gas station. The only reason I didn't give it a one star review is that the young man who took my (irate) call before I wrote this review handled it graciously. How bush league it is for a Shell Station to require customers to monitor charges online, just because the gas station doesn't provide functional card readers at the pumps! FOLLOW UP: Several days later I checked my credit card transactions, and the correct charge was processed.
Shell gas is always a plus but the coffee was not so good I've been there a few times and it's consistent I just don't think it's very good staff is fine place is pretty clean I just think the coffee should be better
It is convenient NH open 24 hours. Other than that there's nothing to distinguish it. The pump occasionally run out of receipt paper and the window washer fluid is not always replenished.
Decent prices, for both gas and convenience items. Staff has always been friendly. It can get a bit busy and hard to get in/out of. All in all a good place for a quick stop.
Good place to get a beverage or snack when you fill up.
