Plenty of different rental agencies that are not on site at SeaTac. There is a shuttle bus that runs continuously between the rental center as well as SeaTac. They seem to get in and out pretty quickly. Because SeaTac is so large it can seem endless at times. We rented a vehicle from Fox, and the vehicle was everything I expected it to be.
They didn't have the car I originally reserved... So they gave me a BMW for the same price! The rental agent even helped me to get my luggage in the car. From SixT. Excellent prices. Cheaper for an electric car. A shuttle bus takes you from SEATAC to the rental places.

The attendant was friendly and very clear with her questions. She wasn't rude about our first credit card declining. She was patient while I searched for my second card. The car is very clean and was ready for us! Thank you very much. Very positive for a first-time experience!
The man who checked me in at Hertz was rude to me while I was translating information and impatient. There was constant shuttles and it was easy to return the car. Also, keep in mind with Hertz they choose the car for you and my car was a bit dirty with some oil stains.
