Didn't clean my van in over a year and it showed. I didn't get a before pic and was embarrassed by the way it looked. I had my van detailed by Scott's and OMG, it's like I got a brand new vehicle. Ms. B and Mr. Johnson was great in meeting every little detail. The workers worked hard and everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional in doing their job. I'm a customer for life.

Great service.. They do an amazing job with any vehicle. You can drop your car off or wait for it. They have all different packages to meet anyones needs or budget. Friendly and courteous staff. Mrs Brenda and the team will have your car looking and smelling brand new. They will detail and shampoo the interior and wax the outside if you want. They even have a frequent customer card.

I always get treated with respect on top of an awesome job on my car. That negative review had to be that person's issues because the owner that runs the business makes sure every car that comes there is cleaned as if it were her own. I know that for a fact!!!!! I watch her in action with her workers.

My Mom is elderly and needs assistance to get to and from BWI to visit me. This service was superior attending to all of her needs door to door. I have used them several times. A much better and almost cheaper way to get your loved one to a location. The owner and staff are highly reliable, courteous and kind. Everything just runs smoothly.
