To start off the place smelled completely of weed, and there were people who had alcohol bottles lining the windows of their rooms. Once we got to our room and started checking it out we saw that the bathtub was rusted and was peeling. The furniture was tattered and falling apart, plus a light switch was missing the cover. The bathroom also looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in years. My blanket also had a cigarette burn on it. While I was trying to sleep there was a car blaring it's horn at 2am and people yelling outside my room. This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed at and would not recommend coming here to anyone.
Clean room. Polite staff. Charged differently then seen online but overall was not a bad experience
Wish I could give a big 0. Unprofessional front desk, can’t get any rider than that woman. Wouldn’t even speak to her own corporate department and was ready to rip us off with $1600. I have had to file a claim with the better business bureau due to their false advertisement and the overcharging dilemma. Online says $58 a night and even corporate said their rate was $58 and they wanted to charge us $77. I had a reservation and they wouldn’t honor it, had to book thru expedia. Don’t waste your time or money on these people, wanting to charge Holiday Inn prices for a beneath 0 star hotel.
It's good for an overnight stay. Cheap rates and you get what you pay for. The room wasn't clean but the sheets and towels were so that was all that mattered for one night. The staff was very friendly.
Assistant manager has terrible customer service. Room was dirty and cause it took more than 20 mins for a cockroach to show itself they won't refund my money. Worst hotel ever
