I have never had such a personal pharmacy experience as I had at Scales. They went above and beyond to order medical equipment and prescriptions that were covered by my insurance and low cost to me. Each staff member was so kind and friendly. I will never go back to using large pharmacy chains and highly recommend them to others!

The BEST pharmacy in Denver! You will not find a more caring staff anywhere- I used to be pained when it was time to refill my medications at a chain pharmacy but now it’s simple and hassle free. Before moving to Denver, I utilized locally-owned pharmacies. I always found them to be much more efficient and helpful, and I loved supporting small businesses. Scales Pharmacy is no exception. They've gone above and beyond to help me with a number of issues I've had between new insurance and prescription coverage. I can't say enough great things about the employees of Scales; they simply exceed my expectations of pharmacy staff. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living or working in the downtown area.
