The workers here are super friendly, especially Emily; Emily helped me choose the best products according to my budget, was very helpful, considerate and even wrote down step by step for my hair dye process ! Nicest employees I met in the high desert !

Sally’s is a fraud and liars they do not honor their word and policies. They want to take your money for their cheap products but they don’t work they don’t accept returns it’s in every Sally’s never going again to this company highly disappointed won’t recommend this to anyone

RUDE AF do not come here, I was there looking for a hair mask specifically Xmondo, the girl referred me to strawberry leopard and I had saw they had a sale, I asked her if he friends had used it etc if they knew if it was a blue based product or a pink based purple. BASIC questions supposedly that made me suspicious 🤨 I added up my total myself realized it would be costly, i never once bargained, i just told them i was getting paid in 3 days and if they could hold a color that was the last one. I understand that they can’t hold the color after she told me they cannot but i literally was profiled for my financial situation nobody should be shamed bc they can’t drop $100 on products and i never bargained i just said I will be back after pay day 🙄 I looked at the gems for nails, eyelashes they could clearly see i have my lash extensions done and i have my acrylics done. They still were following me around and when i left I saw one of them run to the shelf immediately and count the products i was by. Don’t come here unless you want to feel uncomfortable by their crusty employees. I have my nails and lashes done i’m not on the roster for extensive rap sheets, I will be going to the other location.

This particular store is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Clerk was friendly, but all of them need more knowledge about what they are trying to sell. When asked, the girl said that the product I wanted was on the shelf or they didn't have it. She made no attempt to find out if it could be ordered. Sale flyers were not by the door. I had to ask for one.

I went in there to purchase a product, it was not on the shelf, so I did what a normal person would do,ASK. The girl said yes she knew it was off shelf, but, they had some in the back and it just wasn't out there yet. Instead of saying let me find what you are used to purchasing, knowing they had it. She swayed me to another product, saying it was comparable. I was willing to wait for her, no she had no intention of getting what I use from the back. My hair is now a different color, not happy!!. The girls have always been helpful and nice in the past, It feels as though now your putting them out to ask anything now. They also need more knowledge. Otherwise, in the past I have been very pleased.
