Wonderful place NOT to shop. Went in to get 3 cans of frozen fruit juice today. Don't want to push a cart for 3 little cans so I spent over an hour wandering aimlessly looking for a plastic carry basket. Finally asked for help? Where are the baskets?? We don't have any! Really? "People steal them!" Well get some more, are you people helpless?? So I am holding 3 cans of frozen juice against my shirt. The lines are horrendously long, of course, & I REFUSE to use self checkout! If I have to wait on myself then they should pay me to do it. Stood in line for 20 minutes, unbelievable, shirt soaking wet. Are you people to ignorant to open up another register when lines are long & people are trying to give you their money?? If I ran my business like Safeway runs theirs I wouldn't have any business. I'm taking my business to Town & Country from now on!!

Service so good I'm now a Safeway shopper! I had just loaded the Safeway app on my phone and did not know how to navigate it. I was trying to get their amazing .97 a pound ribs sale but the bin was empty. Then out comes a woman in her butcher coat, carting out delectable ribs! So pleasant and it seemed as if she genuinely liked her job and that she liked me. I told her I was struggling a bit with the app and just like that... she stopped her meat duties and showed me all sorts of tricks and tips. Then when I checked out, a lovely checker named Mikayla made the effort to tell me more details about the app. The young bagger was so helpful and friendly too. They have a clean, comfortable dining area with a fireplace and a view!

First time I have ever been to a grocery store with a parking garage. Great for avoiding the rain and snow during the winter seasn. I really like shopping here. No matter how busy it is there is great customer service from the workers. Self checkout is used the most and moves quick. There is always one to two workers in the area to assist customers with age restricted item, trouble shooting the system, and verifying product prices/discounts. I take one star away because logistics (supply) is not keeping up with customer demand. A few times I have gone in for everyday items and they are out of stock.

My husband and I went to this Safeway for a quick lunch on Mother's Day. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken with lo mein and an egg roll. My husband got the Korean Beef, noodles, fried rice and an egg roll. The person serving us was rude with us and another customer. The food was AWEFUL!!! The meat was burnt, hard, and old. The egg roll made me gag and the lo mean vegetables were undercooked. We both threw out our trays. WORST $30 I'VE SPENT IN MY LIFE. Wish I could give negative stars. Don't eat here unless you like wasting money and eating old nasty food with rude service.

Clean, organized and well stocked. Always a good deal on ribs and bacon. Buy your bacon from the meat counter it's the best they have. Produce is not very well looked after. You have to sometimes search for bags and re-stocking is slow and poorly rotated. Suggest store manager have a word with produce manager for a little re-training. Rest of the store is top notch and cashiers are always friendly and helpful.
