Good communication from rental desk employees. The shop staff is friendly and helpful getting repairs to equipment made in a timely manner. The fuel island is efficient, but with the safety checks the fuelers preform, sometimes there is a bit of a wait for fuel. All lights, tires, and fluids are checked and windows are cleaned as part of a routine fueling stop at this location.
Driver's lounge is awful. Dirty chairs.
We work together as a team to get customers in and out the as quick as possible.
Most definitely the cleanest, well lit, and friendliest Ryder I've been too in a long time. I was just there for fuel, but while I was there the attendant was pleasant and professional.
