One of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I’ve been trying to schedule an installation for over three weeks, and every call ends with the same scripted response and no actual progress. Despite asking multiple times, no one could give me a contact to escalate the issue. After weeks of waiting, a technician finally showed up only to say they couldn’t install the electric range but can do a gas range! Completely unacceptable. Poor coordination, zero accountability, and a total waste of time.
This company is full of liers unprofessional and unreliable employees. I had a product delivery scheduled and they canceled it last min after it says I will be next on the delivery line. I spoke to their customer service rep who is rude ,not helpful and knowledgeable at all. They cancel the delivery after they made me wait for 6 hours and changed the status to the customer declined delivery. Stay away from this company services.
AVOID RXO Logistics at all cost! Absolutely terrible experience with RXO. I ordered a TV through Samsung, and RXO was assigned for delivery. They initially scheduled it for July 22, when I didn’t receive the TV by 23rd I contacted them. I was told to reschedule, which I did, for July 26. Now, I’ve just been informed it’s delayed again with the next available date being after August 4. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly has no respect for customers’ time. After looking into it further, I found dozens of similar complaints online from people who’ve experienced the same shady rescheduling games, poor communication, and unfulfilled deliveries. RXO is a logistics nightmare and a serious stain on Samsung’s otherwise great customer experience. If you see RXO listed as the delivery partner for your order, demand a different company if you can.
Ordered a LG dishwasher thru Sams Club. RXO only delivered the appliance and could not install due to the delivery team does not have a licensed technician to install. They said RXO would follow up to send a technician to install. No follow up received. When I called and scheduled, the appointment got cancelled several times and still no date confirmed after almost a month the dishwasher was delivered.
We were supposed to have an oven delivered and they push out the delivery from the original booked date at purchase. Then to cancel again day of delivery (without call or explanation…. Just a text) to try and push it out by a month. After 3 calls they have eventually pushed it up to only another week out but extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Hopefully it arrives this time.
