This place started out as a good place to eat but as time has passed they continue to decline in service, detail to food being cooked properly, molded food, a kitchen manager who bad mouth's customers, management and fellow employees. In my opinion it is no longer worthy to be even considered for any meal. I suspect there is rodent activity because I have seen 3 rats under the drink station area.
Husband and I went for the Friday prime rib dinner. The atmosphere was nice. It was clean. The waitress did the best she could. They were out of most of the sides, they were out of a couple different drinks. The food was OK. Nothing was really spectacular. Maybe I was just expecting more. Pricing was a little high.
My husband and I live close to the Bartow airport and have seen the restaurant space become many things over the past 15 years. We decided to try Runways one Friday for dinner and I have to say they had the best prime rib I've ever had. Perfect! My husband had a buffalo chicken sandwich which he loved. I had the happy hour margarita which wasn't anything special and too sweet for my taste. That was the only thing I didn't care for. Service and food were top notch. We'll be back!
Came in for dinner on a Friday. Kind of warm and humid in the restaurant. Some of the dishes came out different than as described on menu. For example shrimp bruschetta came without any bread. Waitress gave a kind of curious explanation. Otherwise food was delicious.
Unless it has changed since I was there last, long wait for food. Ample parking, handicap capable, large done in area. Food was cooked ok, they were minus the items I requested for breakfast. Waitress was great, did her best to compensate for what was not available.
