While the staffs are really nice there were crumbs underneath the table and a couple flies that kept flying around the table. I'm assuming it must be the unclean leftovers that dropped underneath the table that attracted those flies. They could have sat us at another table, after all it was basically opened and no customers beside another 2 that was at the bar side

This was our first visit to a Ruby Tuesday ever. Knowing it’s a chain, we were pretty skeptical about our visit but considering there isn’t much of a choice when going to the outlets, we picked this spot vs Friendlies. We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches and they were (although very small for $11) great and tasted just perfect. The one great offer they had was an unlimited salad bar for $1.99 when substituted for a side. This was a great selection. Instead of a fries for one of our sandwiches, we picked the salad bar which was filled with plenty of choices. The food, the service and overall experience was excellent and we will certainly come back. The only thing that was an issue were the utensils that were not very clean (1 star deducted).

Since we visited the outlet stores on a Holiday Monday, there was a line at all the popular stores and the wait at Ruby Tuesday was about 40 minutes. They are seating at about 30% of capacity, so right at lunch time we had a long wait. When we were seated (inside) thw waitress was very nice, drinks came quickly. There is also outdoor seating. You can do a qr code on your phone or get a paper menu which we were asked if we would mind sharing. Got loaded nachos for an app. We asked for guacamole for which there was an upcharge, and the nacos were good, but I expected "loaded" to have more queso then it did. Wasn't bad but certainly not "loaded". I had 1/2 rack of ribs with mash and grilled zucchini, my companion had the salmon, mash and zucchini also. He had a 25 oz summer ale and I had a coke. Everything was fine and our waitress stopped by several times to check on us, which was aporeciated since they were very busy. Her name is Stephanie and I give her the highest marks. The meal was filling and I skipped dessert, my companion had the skillet cookie with ice cream and chocolate and caramel and whipped cream. The waitress thoughtfully brought 2 spoons, although I had the discipline to not try it. I was told it was great. Other then the wait, a very satisfying lunch. They have high chairs and can seat wheelchairs easily, I should mention the endless salad bar. Lots of choices. If you are visiting the Outlet stores in Wrentham, this is a great place to try.

I gave one star only because I could not give less. WORSE DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! Got served on a dirty dish, never got checked on and did not get any refills and manager did absolutely NOTHING. Horrible experience.

Ruby Tuesday. fantastic! Love there food.the salad Bar is great. It's probably the biggest best well stocked salad bar. Can't over look there specials, great steak, chops, Huge burgers.. very nice ? service, Clean , nice Wait Staff, prices are in line. Enjoy! I do. plenty of parking, handicapped parking spots. Not much of a wait.10min today.. you will enjoy the Decor.. Chow.
