I hired Royal Coach to take care of all of my transportation for my wedding weekend in Napa. We arranged for drivers on Friday night for our welcome reception and 2 drivers on Saturday evening for our wedding. The entire team was a complete class act including the drivers as well as the back-office staff that helped me arrange everything. When I was researching transportation companies, Nick and Diane were so responsive and worked with me to optimize the vehicle size, transportation schedule, and hours of services. They sent me our drivers names and phone numbers ahead of our service so there were no surprises. Our drivers were amazing. They were so patient and friendly throughout the evening. We ended up extending our hours on Friday evening and Xavier worked with us so we could celebrate a little longer. You are in good hands with Royal Coach. If you don’t want to stress over reliable, courteous, and class act service with your transportation needs, hire Royal Coach!!

My experience with Royal Coach has been exceptional. They have always been very professional, on time or even early. The drivers I have had have been fantastic as well and the vehicles are always very clean and up to date. I am always happy reserve with them.

Got a call from them for a job they said for me to come fill out a application drove from ElkGrove. Got there the office was closed but a guy who work their gave me application said the man who call me had to go fill it out and never heard from them. My driver record is good just renewed good until 2023 also I been a bus driver for 16 years. They waste my time and gas also my auntie said she use they service and the driver wasn't friendly.

One of their drivers just hit a lighting pole in front of our business... twice. He got out, popped his side mirror back in and then reversed down a heavily trafficked road, to find a parking space that wasn't where he just hit a pole. I wouldn't want to be driven by these guys.
