I’m reading these terrible reviews, and again, I’m not saying these people haven’t had bad experiences, but we were just there yesterday, and the respiratory therapist was extremely helpful to us.. Spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot the machine and he gave us a couple of different masks to try and other helpful tips, and it seemed to have worked. People have to remember, that the medical equipment business is really a difficult one. Improvement needs to be made across-the-board. And that includes with the Home offices and telephone customer service in general.

What a horrible facility. I didn't want to believe the many low star reviews that I read but it seems this place's reputation holds up to those comments. Trying to communicate with anybody at this facility is like pulling teeth whether they don't answer the phone or even call you back after they stated they would. I was locked in a game of phone tag with them, lvhn AND my insurance that lasted at least a month and a half just to finally receive an appointment with the help of the lvhn sleep center getting a hold of the higher ups at this facility. Speaking of said appointment I was given the wrong appointment time, wasn't notified that I missed the appointment and essentially was told it was some miscommunication on my end for the mistake. They tried to make me wait another week after this month-long struggle just to receive a medical machine that I desperately need to help support my sleeping, especially considering I run the risk of frequently falling asleep at the wheel of my vehicle and I even mentioned this and I was met with zero sympathy and even threatened to have the cops called on me just because I was "giving attitude and being loud". I apologize for my outburst but I tried to be cordial with this place and I was treated like an afterthought. Do better and maybe next time don't treat somebody like a number and maybe more like a person.

absolutely the most frustrating experience - EVERY TIME - I need to order supplies or simply speak with someone. Why LVHN associates itself with this company and its parent Rotech is very puzzling. I can only assume the $ is connected to their decision.

Holy $&#- what does it take for this stupid company to send you supplies? I called 3 times over 2 weeks to be told that my insurance needed to be resubmitted. 3 times!!! And they still haven't done it. I keep getting a nice oh well we're going to fix it but I still don't have supplies. I have duct tape on my hose because this company can't send me new supplies. I gave up. I bought everything on Amazon for less then the deductible so I have absolutely no idea what they were charging me.

I was hoping for a positive experience with this company but that has not happened. The customer service is poor at best and the response time for a simple supply request is unacceptable. When asked why it was taking 3 weeks the response was “we are really backed up.” Well, now you have one less customer so that should help that problem.
