Thank you so much for the honesty and timely action of getting an estimate on damage done to my Altima. Although it wasn’t the greatest news, everyone was very helpful and kind and were able to provide me with a lot of insight on insurance companies in Michigan. As a New Yorker now living in Michigan, it was extremely helpful to now know! If anything happens to my new ride, I’ll be sure to come back, but, knock on wood it won’t! 🤣

This place has top-notch exceptional service with quality work. If you want to be taken care of after an accident and not have to stress about anything, this is the place. They did a temp fix on my car so I could drive it while I wait for the parts to come in. There is a part shortage and it’s a Pontiac, which they don’t make anymore, so it took a little bit to get the parts. The repair was quick, they did such a great job, and everyone is super nice and helpful.

Thank you so much for your time, your expertise, and your kind service! I went in for an estimate and Craig went above and beyond to check a few things for me. Then one of the employees came out and helped me with Understanding how I can remove a bad paint job that I did (Sorry I don’t remember your name!). You guys went above and beyond to help me and did not even charge me for it. Your customer service and professional service is top-notch! And it will not be overlooked!

Great experience. I had to wait like 6 months to get in for an insurance claim from a fender bender, but I waited because of all the great reviews. When my time was coming up, they called me, confirmed the time, and were ready for me at exactly when they said they would be. They must have had the parts ordered and ready because it took them like 5 days to get everything fixed and replaced! They treated my car like their own and treated me like a VIP. I would definitely go back again!
