Overall, I give them a 3.75+ stars based on my experience. Customer Service 3.0, atmosphere 2.5 & retail price comparisons is a 3.5... Pros: you will find different items as needed & desires as pleased if you explore throughout this roses store. Con: It be long lines & short staffed always hiring!!!....

Love shopping in Roses for work clothes and odds and ends . I would have given this store a five rating but they have their rest rooms closed. I complained to management but it fell on deaf ears. I still shop there but not as much , Walmart has rest rooms. Nothing new here, still a good variety store. I didn't look to see if rest rooms were open but last time they still weren't. That really gives me a negative view of them, but obviously they don't care.

First time to visit Roses in Alexander City. We had a little trouble with map in order to get there. This store is a larger one compared to the one in Montevallo. Greeting as we entered the store. Just amazed at the different and various merchandise in stock. Store was neat and clean. There were several shoppers in and out while we were there. Cashier was friendly. We did have to wait in line awhile, but Cashier checked us out quickly. We will shop Roses in Alexander City, again.
