The location is nice (close to downtown and restaurants), but the hotel not so much. The bedding had cigarette burns. The fire detector was removed. The rooms and hotel are stuffy and if you look at the ceiling, it needs work. This use to be a nice hotel but it isn't now.
I been here 3 months. I haven't had any problems. They try to keep it up. But it's the people who come in and destroy the rooms. The front desk is ALWAYS nice and accommodating. It's pretty peaceful during the week. Gets a little loud on weekends. But what do you expect? Other than that. I have enjoyed my stay so far. No roaches or bugs. You really get what you pay for. If you Dont like something they offer bring your own. Plain and simple.
The rooms were sucked, there wasn’t any breakfast but I would have been scared to eat it. Very nice location sad that the owners don’t care.
Sketchy at best. Rang the bell for about 10 mins before the attended finally⁷ woke up and made her way to the front desk only to continue to nod off standing up and then sit and proceed to share that she hurt her neck and was taking some meds and she didn't have a script. I don't care but it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional not to mention the man passed out in the lobby the entire time. The room appeard clean in the dim light , everything was stained and dingy even the towels, the pink lights in the wall sconses were weird, out of place and made me feel like we were in a motel that you pay by the hour. It was uncomfortable felt very unsafe anyone can come in and out littertly no one was paying attention to the front . The whole place reeked of weed . We had car trouble driving through from out of state we had no choice but to stay bc it was close to some mechanic shops that's why I gave the location 4 stars . The mechanic that fixed our car heard me saying how sketchy the hotel was and he knew exactly where we had stayed so seems like they have a reputation in Albany GA. Do not recommend .
The person at the desk was rude and lazy.He didn’t wanna let me and my friend get our room ,saying you can’t book online but you obviously can.When we got the rooms they gave me a dirty room and didn’t care that the room was dirty saying it was mistakingly not cleaned.He gave me a different room.It was decent.The tv barely worked,the keycard barely worked,the air conditioner was leaking it was just a whole mess.Very unprofessional,definitely do not recommend at all ,I see why it has 2 stars and is cheap.It needs one star.Needs to be shut down and fixed up and needs some new staff bcuz the ones they got ain’t it all.
