I have flown into and out of Rochester International Airport on a few occasions, and it's always been a pleasant experience!! The facilities are always clean + well-kept, and the staff are always kind and accommodating. Also, it's always SO easy and efficient to get through security. Overall, with there being only a few gates present at this airport, it's very easy to navigate.
This is the nicest smelling airport I’ve ever smelled. Also, tiny cute little thing with the nicest people. Never spent 4 whole minutes in the security lines. It’s wonderful.
Low score because the security officer stated I wasn't allowed to be inside the airport or use the bathroom because I'm a rideshare driver. This female officer has posed issues to myself and others before during drop-off and pick-ups. I feel discriminated against whilst other companies' taxi and limos can use the facilities and not be hassled for stopping in the area just beyond the entrance for a quick moment or parking there. The main officer during the week is very respectful, but the female on the weekends is not.
Nice small airport. Easy to get in and out. Quick security checkin, rental car outside the terminal in the parking lot, and less crowd makes it a comfortable travel experience. Additional restaurants are needed as there is not much choice.
This was my first time at this airport. Everyone was polite, helpful, and welcoming. It was an adorable small airport. This trip, I'm taking a coach bus. Very comfortable ride to Minneapolis airport. Positive interaction.
