I’ve never had one good experience with the pharmacy. They’ve made me feel less than human more than once. I’m a recovering addict who has been clean a decade. The only time I feel like a junkie is when dealing with the staff at that pharmacy. Even my Doctor has called and complained because of how poorly I have been treated. Would highly recommend Frontier Pharmacy if frustrated and in the area.
Everyone in the store area has been consistently excellent, but I ended up switching pharmacies because of the nastiness and mistakes from the people in the pharmacy area. One or twice, that’s fine. Everyone has bad days. But every single time with the rude attitudes? It doesn’t seem to matter how polite or nice you are, they’ll snap at you. And now with multiple medication refill issues it’s just not worth it. I’ve had less medication than should have been prescribed, told I would have a refill by one date by email from Walgreens and then told it will be multiple weeks out before I can actually refill, empty and broken capsules for another, communication errors with my doctor, etc. These are things that have caused my health to decline because I had to go off medications suddenly due to this. Frontier Pharmacy has been much more professional, and I highly recommend them as an alternative if you can.
What a horrible excuse of a pharmacist.... this older man, with long white/grey long hair, and a dark goatee has it out for me. Or is just extremely RUDE and INCONSIDERATE to everyone. Beyond him being rude, he tried to keep my medication from me, lied about the date I picked it up (the date is right on the bottle guy) and also told me I couldn't pick it up for another week, mind you, today is the same day, each month.... that I pick it up. Beyond him doing all of these awful things he lied to the pharmacy I had him transfer it to, saying that I take my meds every three days... I'd like to know where he pulled that out from because my dose is every day. Mind you, this is a medication you can not just go without. Thankfully the other pharmacy in my town (Shop N Save) were very, very helpful in solving this issue and refilled my prescription in under 5 minutes, and were also very nice. This pharmacist has an issue with certain medications. And will purposely try and make sure you do not get them. I was just lucky enough to speak up and have my voice be heard, and had my issue fixed at a different pharmacy. Never will I ever walk foot in that place, and neither will any of my friends or family.
Been going threw them for years. Will always go threw them. Great place.
i am writing this review and have had the same problem as many on here have had RUDE PEOPLE MISTAKES ON DATES LOOSING REFILLS IN THERE SYSTEM FAXING DOCTOR FOR REFILLS THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE LEAVING ME GOING 2 4 DAYS WITHOUT A REFILL BACAUSE THEY EITHER CANT FIND IT OR ARE OUT OF IT. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WALGREENS AGAIN WHEN IT COME TO MYSELF AND MY FAMILYS HEATH WITH PRESCRIPTIONS
