Very helpful and polite staff, my pharmacy didn't have my precription and sent me to Rite Aid to have it filled, I may change pharmacies.

Employees are always horrible. Always try to make it a quick “in and out” trip and it always turns into 10 minutes of waiting in line at the checkout. Won’t be returning to this location.

My doctor called in a prescription for a skin cream but the pharmacy only had ointment available instead so they faxed the doctor so he could authorize the change of the prescription. My doctor didn’t respond right away. I called the pharmacy the next day to see if the doctor changed the prescription and I was told everything is ok but insurance can’t pay until two weeks later which I was fine with because I had enough medicine to last until then. Two weeks later I call to see if the prescription was ready for pick up and they tell me the doctor never changed the prescription so the lady I talked to last time never looked to make sure it was changed. So I ask if they can attempt to fax the doctor again and she tells me that since it’s been two weeks I have to follow up with the doctor myself. I told her I was having a hard time getting a hold of the doctor. I later find out the phones at the office we’re down. She refused to help. She was short and cold with me on the phone. I was so frustrated. I decided to call the pharmacy on bear valley and they picked up the prescription for me and reached out to my doctor for me instead. The pharmacy on bear valley was so much helpful. I don’t know what is wrong with the staff here but it’s awful the way they treat their customers.

I completely agree with Jessica, this pharmacy has employee's that are so rude and don't even know the meaning of customer service. With all the bad reviews I have read about the employees,i am surprised the corporate office doesn't seem to care either. I even tried to call the 800 number they asked Jessica to call and I was on hold for 10 mins,so I figured what's the point and hung up
