Edit note: Unfortunately they "let go" of the most positive, kind, genuine person I've ever met (apparently for a total garbage reason I will not repeat here). I've lived in this town for nearly 18 years. I remember when she worked at Hannaford over 10 years ago. I have never heard her utter an unkind, spiteful, or complaining word about anyone or about her circumstances. She had a smile & a kind word for everyone, no matter what. She brought a breath of fresh air into any trip to Rite Aid when she was on shift. "Hello, Dear!" "How're you doing today, Dear?" "Have a great day, Dear!" Always kind, always genuine. Shame on the new management for "letting go" of such a beautiful soul. She deserves better. I can take time to go elsewhere to pick up the random stuff we got from Rite Aid now & then. The old management knew how to treat human beings. The new management?? Yeah, not so much. I will take our dollars elsewhere. Rite Aid might be a chain but it's a small town & they hire locals who actually care about their community &, for the most part, they're all friendly, helpful, & genuinely kind & professional. It really is a breath of fresh air!

I called and spoke with a girl in the pharmacy asked her questions got my answers and when she started to hang up she said oh my god really that is very rude

staff and pharmacy are fantastic. Sadly, they don't always have what I need in stock.

Make sure you call to confirm pharmacy appointments with the pharmacy staff. I scheduled a PCR through their online system and received a confirmation email, but was told when I arrived that the at the store that the pharmacy wasn't open at the time the appointment was scheduled for. Staff was aware this was an issue but nothing had been done to correct the issue.
