Absolutely love this hotel. Ive stayed here weeks at a time. All of the staff is friendly, housekeeping is friendly. The rooms are super super clean. Mrs Gayle is always nice and smiling. Chris is always singing and throwing compliments your way that will make u smile even on a bad day. And Joseph is always so nice anytime I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with him. I know all of that sounds super cheesy, but they really do make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

This residence Inn is in a kind of funky area. The first time I was going there I thought I was actually going to some kind of downtown apartment. The staff is great and they have water available for you when you get there. I am pretty big on the fitness rooms, and I enjoyed this one. What was kind of funny about it is that going through the fitness room was one of the main ways to get out to the pool. I have never experienced that before. All in all, it was a good experience.

I gave this hotel 5 stars because it was fresh, updated, and clean. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was too cold for the outdoor pool but there’s a nice seating area with a fire pit. The location is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a park. I would recommend staying here.

There is a train track right next to the hotel with a switch yard a little ways away. Stayed two nights and both nights was kept awake by the train. People were great. Rooms were great. But if you can’t sleep I can’t recommend this hotel and won’t be back.

FEES FOR PARKING HIDDEN FROM THE CUSTOMER When booking a room online it shows you ALL THE COSTS ON THE RIGHT SIDE ON THE SCREEN and most of THE FEES ARE IN LARGE BOLD FONT. What is HIDDEN in small font on the bottom left of the screen is a disclosure that Parking is $17 per night. (This hidden small font disclosure was not seen by me until a week later when I called to complain) We have stayed at this property in the past and had no idea that there was a fee for parking. We chose this property instead of another because that propery does charge for parking. There is NO SIGNAGE ABOUT PARKING FEES. The desk DOES NOT DISCUSS PARKING FEES WHEN YOU CHECK IN. The first time I knew of the charge was after checking out and I got an email. I had booked 2 rooms for 3 people. In the email I was charge for parking for 3 cars. 3 PEOPLE MEANS 3 CARS???????? Only 2 people checked into the rooms. I came up for 1 day at the Hotel. Some how that showed the date that I arrived and charged me for everyday after that. HOW DO THEY KNOW THE DAY I SHOWED UP?????? I NEVER CHECKED IN. DO THEY 'RUN PLATES TO SEE WHOM OWNS WHICH CARS???? HOW DO THEY FIGURE OUT WHOM TO CHARGE???????? I called the same day that I was billed for 3 cars. The person at the desk said that the manager needed to help me and that a manager would call me. The manager never called. Several days later I called the Hotel several times and they just did not answer the phone. I called Marriott 1800 number and they wrote up a Case for me and said that the manager of the property would have to deal with it. The first person that tried to help me told me that she could tell me the Hotel Rules. I called for help and not to be QUOTED RULES. I asked for a Supervisor. The "email" that was being sent to the Hotel with my complaint was wrong and I had the Supervisor alter the email so that the Property Manager understood my complaints. The Supervisor told me that the Hotel Property Manager would call me within 2 days. (The 1st agent said with the July 4th holidays it might be more than 2 days. I looked on the Marriott Site and the only way you can post a review on their site is if you get an email asking you to do a Review. Also the biggest complaint I saw on their reviews was PARKING, PARKING, PARKING. OUCH WHY ARE CHARGES HIDDEN FROM THE CONSUMER??? BAD POLICY OF THE PROPERTY BAD POLICY FOR MARRIOTT
