Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Pentagon City
What people are saying
Wow! After a week here the consistent quality of service received should be recognized. Terrific friendly and accommodating staff, customer service, happy hour and breakfast, local shuttle and tips on restaurants, places that deliver etc. Cleanliness was superb from the lobby, to the rooms, work out stations, tables chairs, pool area and balcony. It is expected but not always the case with other hotels. .All for a reasonable price! It is without a doubt management has a smooth operation and happy employees. Thanks for a great experience.
Really nice place I stayed at while visiting the Pentagon. It is Top Shelf, just you would expect from a Marriott. Staff was friendly, very clean and well maintained appearance of everything. Had a late dinner here to and it was nice with a good menu. Traffic in the area is a killer just everywhere down here. Great place to stay overall.
Really cozy room, with a decent kitchen (no oven, but 2-burner glass top range). Breakfast was ample. Service was great at desk and breakfast. Pool was nice, and workout room looked great though I didn't use it. A really nice place for a DC stay.
My family enjoyed this hotel! The kids had their own room with queen beds and bathroom, meanwhile my husband and I had our own room and bathroom too. Plenty of towels and space for everyone. We loved the full size kitchen, although a little small, the full size stove/oven/ fridge and microwave was a blessing! Especially because I have allergies and have to cook my own food. Whole foods was a block away and so was the metro and the Pentagon City Mall. We had a great view of the DC skyline from our room and by the elevators was a great view of the Pentagon. Free Airport shuttle. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Especially when we walked back from the metro and it started to rain. The staff met us at the doors with towels to let us dry off. Very great hotel!!! Will be back again!!!
Staff is all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has good variety, but some of the elements were not as well prepared as I have had at other Residence Inn locations. Still totally edible, though. My King Studio room is clean and the noise from the room next door doesn't carry through too badly. I am supposed to move into a two-bedroom suite in a few days and may update then. It will be interesting to see how they handle the process of switching rooms. Also, I am going to use their airport shuttle service to go pick people up tonight, so I can report in on that. I came back to edit my review and make it 5 stars. I was able to move into my two-bedroom a day earlier than anticipated. They had been keeping an eye on availability and called me to let me know that I could move as soon as I wanted to. I thought I would have to keep bugging them, so this was a very nice surprise. My second room was just as clean and comfortable as the first one. I ended up using the around town shuttle as well as the airport one and both experiences were good. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If I return to DC, this is where I'm staying.
