Was told they had no pillow for my son to use and questioned me what type of room we booked!! The system should tell you! light bulbs were out in multiple places. Couldn’t use a pool because Sonya didn’t know how to sign us up! Called next morning to use a pool everyone already signed up!! General manager never called me back and kept telling his employees to tell me he is busy every time I went downstairs to see him or call him. So disgusted by this hotel!!

This is a relatively new Residence Inn that is modern, clean, well equipped, spacious and very well maintained. The COVID precautions this property took were extraordinary, with shields between the front desk and guests, masking throughout the public places, disinfected pens per transaction, and spotlessly cleaned rooms and public facilities. Despite this the staff was able to go extraordinarily above and beyond in serving their customers. We are a well-traveled family, and normally consider ourselves well prepared, but this trip had a couple of trip-ups for us and the hotel staff just made it seamless. We arrived in the evening after an 8 hour drive from Maine with no milk for our daughter; there wasn't any in the convenience area by the front desk, but when I asked the front desk staffer where the closest place i could go to buy milk for our one year old was, she simply walked back to the kitchen, grabbed me two quart containers, gave them to me and asked if that was enough! The next day, on check out, in dealing with the chaos of packing up two young children, I left my laptop in our room and didn't realize it. As we were enroute home, Camille from the front desk called me and let me know, and Camille and Mina at the hotel were phenomenally helpful in getting it back to me. Like many, my technology, specially in times of COVID, is essential for my work and keeps me connected to the world, and they went out of their way to get it ready and scrambled to find a way to get it boxed by the time Fedex showed up to pick it up not very long after they called me. The staff were warm, extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and exhibited the same traits you'd find at one of Marriott's Five Star branded hotels. They went out of their way to make our family's stay a very easy and comfortable one. You won't be disappointed at this property.

My worst ever Marriott experience. Made a reservation online and when we arrived at the hotel (AFTER TRAVELING 2 1/2 hours with my family) they would not honor my reservation. The reservation went through online and I am an associate with Marriott, therefore, to be treated this way was quite backwards for a company that prides itself on "Going Above and Beyond" and "Exceeding the Expectations" of their guests etc... In my 20 plus years with this company I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Very disappointing?
