Iām so glad I found this hotel for my business trip. The front desk was super helpful. The room was big and clean. The most amazing thing is breakfast. So many good and healthy options. I would definitely be back
Such a nice room, the staff is friendly and any issues we had were immediately resolved. The beds are soft and the showers are hot. Only issue I experienced was at the bar, where there was no bartender to serve drinks and I had to get the front desk staff to assist. Which they did and fixed it quickly.
For the last few months, we have stayed at the residence Inn. May experience was good and the staff was courteous and pleasant š.
This is the best hotel to stay in the albany, New York area. It is the most hospitable, very very clean, safety to their residents is 100%, food is excellent. THE RESIDENCE INN MARRIOTT IN ALBANY, NEW YORK IS PERFECTION AT ITS BEST.
Had a very extended stay (7months) at this hotel for work and did not want to forget to post a review of this wonderful property. Every single person I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful- be it an early morning/late night shuttle pick up from the airport to help with the many Amazon packages delivered or the wonderful breakfasts in the morning- the people working here are absolutely first class professionals. I had a 1 bdrm suite which was perfect for this extended stay- the hotel is a combo with Courtyard so had a bar area as well. Parking was plentiful and snow removal was great on early mornings after a storm. I would stay here again in a minute if I am in the area. My sincere thanks to everyone working here on all shifts- you made my long stay feel so comfortable and I appreciate how hard everyone is working knowing staffing challenges still exist.
