This stay was wayyy better than my previous stay at Days Inn by Wyndham! The rooms were bigger, more comfortable and convenient for the price. Minor upgrades are need, but not that much. The hotel was very clean! U would definitely stay again. Food options weren't bad either.
First time here in Miami. The front desk employees were helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The darkening drapes helped after a long airplane trip. Very close to airport. The airport shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel was kind and spoke English which was a pleasant surprise since we do not speak Spanish. That helped us so much and he was so kind. There is a fabulous Cuban Restaurant across the street. The food and service is quick and great customer service.
Airline screwed up so we missed our connecting plane. Had to stay overnight here. The guy at the front desk was attractive and helpful. The guy at the bar took my food order, he also was attractive and pleasant. I had grilled salmon with veggies, it was very tasty. The shuttle service to the airport was lousy. A whole bunch of us were waiting for up to 40 mins and it still didn't show up. We were told it would be 15 minutes max. We ended up calling/ taking an Uber in order to be on time for the plane.
Major issue. We have used this hotel many times. However their neighbours next door have installed a bit coin mining electrical unit. They fire the bit coin mining unit up at around 9:00 pm. The noise is overwhelming and you will not get a good night sleep. Never use this hotel if you want to sleep. A whirling irritation to disturb the best sleeper. A disastrous stay. Reported to front desk and they said they knew about it and said they would tell manager. I doubt they will do anything about it. Go somewhere else.
I had to pay a $100 deposit and never got my money back, I’ve called and they said “3-7 business days” and that my money should be back on my card. We waited a whole week and a half and NOTHING we called again and they said to call my bank I did that and now the bank is saying that the hotel canceled and dropped the charges as if I never made the $100 deposit. My grandmother and I also had to switch rooms due to the hotel putting us next to the fitness room, the room we stayed in was not damaged in any way so I really don’t understand why the hotel hasn’t given us our money back.
