Stayed here for a night since we had a flight out the next morning. Our stay was great. Our room was very clean and the area was very safe, we didn’t see any signs of rift raft. There was a restaurant at the hotel next door that served both food and drinks. They have a shuttle that’s on demand which got us to the airport with no problems. The airport is just down the road. A big shout out to Joe who was working the front desk for being very helpful in making the check out process go smoothly. Highly recommend staying here and will stay here again if I ever fly out of BWI in the future.

Was disappointed with our stay and would not recommend the hotel until improvements are made. When we arrived the toilet in our room didn't work but luckily they were able to get someone to fix it. The signs say the ice machine is on the third floor but when you go uo there there's no ice machine, called the front desk to be informed it's on the ground floor now. No one from housekeeping came to our room to clean or refresh towels and when we called the lobby we were told we need to come to the check in desk to get towels. We go down and are basically ignored by the staff. They decided to pressure wash the third floor which caused the walkways on our floor to be soaked and water to get all over you from it dripping through cracks in the ceiling before second and third floor. About the only good things about the hotel was the lady who checked us in was super nice, the location is pretty convenient (but there are other probably better options in the same relative location), and the NY Hala Food Cart we found only four minutes away which filled our tired bodies with really yummy food. We have a trip to the area again in a bit but we cancelled our second reservation here and booked another hotel.

I was extremely pleased by the condition and service of this hotel! Great value for a budget traveler. I took the shuttle service to BWI and they were on time and available in a minute. Angel my driver back is such a sweetheart. Keep up the good work!

I received the best service from every member of their staff. From Roxanne and the other two drivers to the front desk attendants that checked me in and extended my stay. The location is excellent for fast airport shuttle services. Thanks for making my stay smooth and easy.

I have often stayed at this hotel because it's cost effective, in a safe area, convenient to the major transportation hubs, and often the people who stay here are overnight passengers from BWI. I also liked that the service was good. On my most recent stay, however, the service was awful, the people who were staying here were undoubtedly living in the hotel, people were smoking more than just cigarettes nearby, loud bass was playing at all hours of the morning and night, and the hotel just appeared to be run down.
