I really loved my 5-day stay here. It was one of the best stays I’ve had at a budget hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet. The location is away from the highway so there’s no traffic noise. I would definitely stay here again. The fact that there is no pet fee is amazing. Kitty and I both appreciate that! As a solo traveler I felt safe here.

I don’t usually leave review but I felt it necessary because I almost didn’t stay here due to all the negative reviews regarding bugs and cleanliness. When I got in from my flight at 9pm, the receptionist was friendly and attentive. I got a room for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the space was. The interior is dated but not dirty. I did not experience any bug issues(dead or alive) this is a most basic accommodation and that is exactly what I needed. There’s no fridge and only a small microwave in the lobby. Because my flight got in so late I decided to check out the room service option and it was some of the best food I had while in San Antonio. It is delivered through a third party but Red Roof made the process easy. I found this place to be the perfect accommodation for what I needed and I have no complaints about it.

Killed several cockroaches in my ROOMS! Rented 4 rooms total and all had roaches , one of the rooms was dirty and you could tell they didn’t change the sheets they were dirty. Dan at the front office was nice and very helpful, good customer service over all with him.

This hotel was so wonderful! Night and day difference from what mom and I have been living in. Yes, they did have some water damage on the ceilings and the small room we were in did need some TLC, but compared from what we have been living in for the last 15 months, this was HEAVEN! 💜 So clean, breathable, and comfortable. This motel shower compared to our home was so enjoyable! The water felt so good on my skin and my moms, too! Their beds were like sleeping on clouds! The first night we were there, we slept so soundly. Mom and i haven't done that since late December 2023. It's was so much better than sleeping on a hard couch or a chair. Thank you, Red Roof Inn, for this much needed reprieve. Please keep being amazing.💜

The staff I’ve encountered are friendly and courteous. The rooms may be a little older but the beds are so comfy with their new mattresses. The updated landscaping is very inviting and makes me wish my plants would look as nice.
