Does not look like pictures. The safe didn't work. Black light showed stains on bedspread. Room smelled like feces. Staff was rude and apathetic! Especially, the women at the front desk. They raised their voice to me and when I asked for the manager they lied and said he was out. I had to call the corporate customer service number. The cleaning ladies were the only people who were actually nice. The handyman called me an explicit name to one of the other staff when he thought I couldn't hear him. The manager tried his best to help me, but also seemed to get impatient saying the bedspreads were "too expensive to throw away." I didn't ask him to throw anything away. I just showed him the pictures (the ones I posted here). Overall F minus: disgusting room, appliances didn't worked, staff did not correct problems and instead agrivated the situation and made it worse. Do not waste your money at the establishment.

They have bed bugs in their rooms! I wouldn’t recommend to go there. Other people have experienced the same thing as me I tried to even get my refund back or something and they just completely ignored me like it was fine for them to have bed bugs. I was told the manager was going to come and speak to me and call me and still to this day I haven’t heard anything. I’m speaking for every other person as well that this has happened to the past years. They know they have bed bugs and don’t do nothing about it or even give refunds. I had a really bad allergic reaction to them and had to go to the hospital because I couldn’t breathe and they couldn’t even take that into consideration!

Love the staff here, everyone goes out of their way to ensure you're comfortable and security stays on site at night. Nice place for pets.

I have been to alot of hotels, and I know the standard. This isn't a hotel its a motel. The staff is almost useless. The housekeeping deepens. I have to be here for work and even time I come here they are more and more aggressive. Its like their job isn't hospitality its being rude. Their keys have to be reset every day and I always find something gross in the rooms. Whether its a bunch of public hairs or the toilet is nasty. The beds are undone and slept in. Its a mess. The only redeeming quality is the fact that there is a dollar store Ollie's aldis and diner next to it. That is the only reason to warrant even 1 star. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as a joke. This place is a joke

Room was very clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful, and price was very reasonable for the size and quality of the room.
