This is the second year I hired Red Nose lighting to do our Christmas lights, This is the second year we have had problems. They did not install when they said they would, they did not install everything at the same time and did not inform us this would happen. They did damage to my siding, they damaged my shrubbery. They removed the display in increments, separated by weeks without so much as a phone call or an e-mail. The lights were installed with multiple not working and no responses to have them replaced. They left a extension cord on my house attached to the downspout, my yard and landscaping full of clips and lightbulbs. They left clips still attached to my roof! Now I have to climb up on a ladder to get them down, this is the whole reason I hired them. Absolutely 100% dissatisfied with this company, will be filing complaints with BBB. Do not hire this company! They will leave your property a mess and damaged! As I said this happened 2 years in a row. This is not a “oops we made a mistake once” this is a pattern.

We have used RNL for 5 or 6 years now. They are great! The LED light strings are bright and strung well across the house. Our family highly, highly recommends this firm for holiday lighting. The price is economical & reasonable for the value- again, our family only has good things to say about this company and their work and work crew!

OUTSTANDING job and beyond amazing customer service. From the initial meeting that I had with Nick to every single phone and e-mail interaction that I had with him and Mary afterward, the Red Nose team was absolutely wonderful in every way. They weren't able to complete the installation on their originally scheduled date due to a miscommunication/hiccup that occurred somewhere, and when I reached out to them they were immediately responsive. Super-professional and showed genuine care and concern for what had happened. Despite it being such a busy & hectic time for them, they not only made things right but truly surpassed all expectations. You could not ask for more fantastic set of folks! Will be happily giving them repeat business each holiday season every year if I can. They're well worth the investment and I'm so thrilled with their work! Thank you, Red Nose!

My family has done almost every product that these guys offer and we have loved all of them. We had Red Nose do my elderly mother's home last holiday season and it was fantastic! Mom was so thankful and surprised to have a beautifully lit home all winter. Great bang for your buck!

The roof lighting looked good but was very much overpriced, in my opinion. However, the main reason for my one-star rating is related primarily to the unprofessional take-down of the lighting in February, which was done when I was not at home. Later, as the snow melted, I ended up removing from my yard more than 100 plastic roof clips that should have never thrown there. What's even worse, I found one of the bulbs on the ground shattered into several sharp shards of broken glass -- in the side yard where my grandkids would soon be playing. As a result, I honestly can't recommend this business to anyone.
