Recently stayed over night and attended a conference on site. Interesting set up in which the conference rooms and pool are surrounded by some of the rooms. The lobby was nice but upon walking to the rooms you can tell the hallways were older and rugs were stained. The rooms itself are a bit dated. The design in the showers appear to make them look dirty. Overall the stay itself wasn't bad. The guests by the pool voices tracked which could be heard in the room. There are no coffee makers in the room but instead a nice one in the lobby. A nice conference area, and the food that was serves was delicious. The hotel other than a large red sign can be quickly passed on the road.
This hotel was a very interesting experience with a few noticeable issues but is overall a positive place to spend a couple of nights. I'll start with the negatives. Firstly, if you're booking through anywhere except their front desk the information may not be up to date. I found this out when the advertised bar wasn't open during my stay. Secondly, the air conditioner unit seems to be dated like the room decor and doesn't really work. (At least in my room) Where this hotel makes up for all of that is the fair prices and wonderful staff. Other than one rather rude employee I had interacted with several people working there all of whom were pleasant to be around. I did end up having some issues with the room but when I called to get my issues resolved the service was quick and effective. If they could fix the small issues and update the rooms this place would be great rather than just pretty good. This place really deserves a 3.5 but isn't yet deserving of a four star.
Was a great stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel overall was clean. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi and it was a very affordable price. They also have a little arcade for the children. Lots of lounging space throughout the hotel. Very quiet in the evening which is great when traveling with a baby. And about 10 to 15 minutes to the mall which is amazing. Only suggestion I would make is that they do a little bit of updating. But I loved it and would definitely stay over and over again!
Hotel was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable and a nice pool. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that the pool and jacuzzi closes at 9 and we found several dead bugs in our bathroom. I understand rooms are near the pool so which is why they close it early but keeping it open until 10 or at least the hot tub would be nice for guest who have little time in the evening to enjoy it and typically the hour when most hotel pools close. Other than that, the hotel was really nice. Would definitely come back.
Stayed two nights here for a track meet. Very nice hotel! Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, and the ceilings were very high which gave the rooms very open feel. Only complaint would be that the comparative low ceiling in the shower gave it a bit of a tight feeling, but really hardly an issue. Also, cool hats!
