I have gone to this location for over a decade for food. Boneless wings used to be amazing now they are literally just chicken nuggets they are calling wings. Today was even worse as the cut salad size in half without informing and then try to say it's always been that size. Sorry but a 9x9 clamshell and the 6" bowl they use for pasta are very much not the same size. Joe I have always been a fan and recommend your store. After today when you blatantly lied to my face about them always been the much smaller size knowing I order that same salad for years. I will never return for anything at your store. It could have been fixed easy. Seems like since the new owners red express has been on a straight to the gutter drop.

Nothing works since new ownership. Both bays in car wash are down and the change machine that they direct you to use has been out of order for months. Will drive down town for things in the future rather than a wasted trip to car wash.

This place is by far the worst and slowest place around to get anything they will tell you over the phone when you order food 30 to 45 minutes then you get there and you're told it will be another 20 there's been a few times I've went there and my food wasn't even started yet you can almost always expect to wait at least 2 to 3 minutes at the register for someone to come take care of you even when you're the only person in the store and there's four people behind the counter doing nothing or just sad 12 wee little slivers of onion for a whole large pizza. There are never any paper towels at the pumps nor is there any windshield cleaner you get a Dusty squeegee that's it. This place has gone downhill at a very high rate of speed since new owners and management I recommend going somewhere else highly

I was to order some pizza and before I even ordered they said that my order will take 45 minutes. Last time, they screwed up the pizza too! Would not recommend this place. The one in Seneca is way better.

The left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. A store full of customers with an employee snapping about hours and then a following visit employees playing tag over whom is and isn't going to answer the phone with customers 6 deep in line. We called and placed an order, was told 30 minutes. Arrived to pick it up and the order was "forgotten." The pizza is great and if you wish to not deal with ordering, grab their frozen to bake at home!
