I hired this service to host my best friend's 22nd Birthday Surprise and it was absolutely everything I imagined and more! We rented out the 22 passenger party bus and it was packed with beautiful lights, exquisite seating, and complimentary drinks, ice, and storage space. Our driver was so accommodating and attentive to our needs. He was familiar with the city, took us where ever we wanted to go, and offered to photograph us in the most scenic and beautiful parts of the city. This company is so awesome! I and my party are still in awe at how beautiful the night went! I just want to give a big thank you, because this company made it possible for us to have the absolute best time of our lives! Highly recommended! Also the customer service over the phone, with planning, questions, and all was very professional and helpful. You can tell that this company is more than just a rental place. They treat their customers with care, and that was something very lacking ACROSS THE BOARD when I was trying to book this event with other places. We had the BEST time with Chris on our wedding day! He was so nice and gave us free rein to do what we wanted. Whether it was play the music loudly, dance, or drink our drinks, he made sure we had a great time! The bus was beautiful, the drinks were great, the atmosphere was so fun!! We couldn’t have chose a better limo service for our wedding! For anyone that is getting married in the Pittsburgh area, I will be sure to recommend Red Carpet Limousine! Our service was excellent from the beginning to the end. Nick was excellent and made the reservation process easy. Kendall was one of the best people we have met. He made our kids, their friends, and us parents evening great! He was on time, very courteous, and had a great attitude. Our daughter just got married and we were referred to Red Carpet Limousine from a friend of ours. We made reservations to take the bridal party to the wedding and reception and also have them brought back home after the reception. I would highly recommend paying extra to have the return trip. It not only gave us a peace of mind, but it extended the evening for the bridal party, which they loved! Everyone in the party raved about the driver, Kendall. He was extremely professional, but also fun. I have been in the customer service field for 40+ years and I was very impressed with the customer service from Nick, the professionalism and timeliness of Kendall, and the appearance and cleanliness of the limousine. The entire experience was extraordinary and I would highly recommend Red Carpet Limousine.
Nick, the owner, drove me and my friends for my birthday and we had an amazing time on the bus and he wears an amazing driver. Very safe, reliable, and friendly service. This is an amazing experience especially for the price
